Arriving on the scene in 1998 Lynn started working as a photo assistant and studio manager for various photographers. It wasn’t long until her pension for organization and her composed demeanor started to shine through and said photographers began handing off more and more responsibilities in her direction. Recognizing early on that her strengths lied in print production she branched off and began her own company, Lynn Renee Productions in 2002.

From that point on she has ran productions and castings for a wide variety of clients and has learned some vital life lessons such as; telling children not to cry doesn’t mean they’ll stop crying, never forget the ketchup and most importantly that good food can make standing outside Solider Field for 16 hours in February enjoyable. Understanding that no project is the same Lynn makes sure to tailor each job and each crew to the specific needs and requirements of her clients and to always go above and beyond their expectations. Lynn is a straightforward communicator and a team player who makes sure that everyone’s needs are met under any conditions. She has run location heavy productions featuring 100+ crew members to smaller studio photo shoots that only took a few hours of time. No challenge is too big or small for her to meet head-on and always with a smile.
